Free trial for cinema not working

I have been trying to set up the 14 day trial for the sky cinema pass for the last two days and constantly keep getting a message saying 'sorry we couldn't process payment, wait a moment and try again'. But my entertainment pass that I pay for is working fine, is anyone else experiencing difficulty?

Welcome to the forum.

 

Even though your other pass is fine check your card details in My Account>payment details to make sure they are still accurate eg if your card has a new expiry date etc.

Also check you have no adblockers interfering with the browser and if possible try a different browser.
