Film streaming is VERY jumpy!!!

Im using a 3 month trial of Sky Cinema Pass on my Xbox One S. The quality of the films is awful. Every 2 or 3 seconds it jumps. Theres nothing wrong with my internet connection either. Dont think il be signing up if this is the quality I expect!!!

With regard to motion problems without seeing what you're seeing it's difficult to help you.

 

That being said, one thing that you must do when viewing NOW TV content (or any other UK content) is set your playback device to output 50Hz. And disable any 'motion' based post-processing features on your TV/monitor (if they offer them).
