Cinema pass cancelled every month

I've had a cinema pass with no problems until I changed my address with you. The payment keeps failing and then it gets cancelled. I've lost 3 passes on offer due to this issue. I've changed my billing details etc and sorted the issue using live chat 3 times for it to happen again the following month?

Yes changed it after the first time it happened and it's happened twice since

It's with lloyds -visa debit card have used the same account for nearly two years only had problems when I changed address
