Hi,
I have received a 2 month movie pass which was a free voucher but after that was over, although I cancelled the subscription already, it somehow resumed again for the past few months and if I had not checked my bank statement today I would not have realised that you have been charging me ten pounds a month. I haven't even used the service at all in the past 3 months as I already cancelled it before so I am quite annoyed how you can trick your users like that. Please cancel all my subscriptions and close my account.

When you first cancelled your Now TV account, did you use a smart phone, tablet (either android or apple) , PC/laptop or Mac?
The reason I ask is because it's known in this forum that sometimes trying to work on your Now TV account using anything other than a PC or Mac has unforeseen circumstances, i.e. you may action a facility only to find out later that nothing has been done.
