Applied 2 month Movie voucher

Hello I'm wondering if anyone can explain to me as to why I've been charged £9.99 from applying a 2 month movie voucher?

I thought I was entitled to two free months?
I had a voucher for a 3 month entertainment pass too, which worked fine.

It is the right Sky ID as it's the only one linked to a Gmail account (used for chromecast and has all my other Google play offers linked to it). I've double checked all comms and it is the right username.
It was the app that directed me to input bank details.

I appreciate the advice though 😉

If there was no 2 month voucher pass card with the silver scratch off code, then firstly you need to contact the retailer where you bought the box from.

Should you find that the retailer is not helpful, then you could speak to NowTV Live Chat who may be able to assist you.

To speak to Live Chat click on the "contact us" in the green highlighted box towards the bottom of the linked page below.
