Now TV App on Samsung galaxy s7 edge

I subscribed to Now TV yesterday and downloaded the app on Samsung galaxy s7 edge. I keep getting "Something's not right. Give it a moment or check..." message. After searching through help and forums, I uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted the device but I'm still getting the same error.

Is NowTV app expected to work on Samsung galaxy s7 edge? Any help would be appreciated. I'm within the trial period at the moment, at least I can cancel if I know it won't work! Thanks in advance.

We should support the S7 Edge with no problems at all.

 

Was the phone bought within the UK ? All the time and date settings set to UK ?

 

What Internet service are you using with it 3g/4g WI-FI and what provider are you with ?

I am having problems with the s7. Standard brand new phone from Vodafone, app installed but I get an error message saying my phone has been modified. Can you help?
