I cancelled my broadband before it was installed.
does anyone know if they will email me confirmation that i cancelled? is there somewhere in my account I can check up on the status of the cancellation?
also - were they correct in telling me that it takes up to 45 days for the cancellation to process?

I am assuming there is nothing under your NOW online account in the Broadband & Calls "Messages" or "Orders & Appointments" section?

thanks for replying.
there is nothing in my messages section yet.
when I go to Orders and Appointments it sort of still looks like it's going ahead, although under the Kit Delivery section is says 'unsuccessful'' - not sure if had always said that though...
