Vocie mail how to keep 1571 and ditch 15710

How can one keep 1571 and turn off 15710 extortionate fees for lazy people?

Now TV staff are so "thick", they state on a chat:

"I just never heard of that option"

(Gavin, sorry gavin - no capital despite a proper noun)

Then he says, when it is suggested he is trained:


"I do not need training and I do not appreciate how you are speaking to me."

Suggesting somone receive training when they do not know the features of the packages they support is clearly rude to a snowflake.

He was "thick" and did not think he should be trained to resolve his ignorance.

Yes, this must be rude.

How can he not know what caller return is? Why is he even working for NowTV in support if does not know the basis features? This is the issue with NowTV, worse support than TalkTalk!

I cannot wait to leave NowTV.
