Payment overdue

Hi I was just wondering how long now broadband give you to pay your bill. My bill was due the 2nd but I don't get paid until the 12th. I rang to explain and she wasn't very helpful. Will my services get cancelled? Thanks

Why has our account been cancelled?

Our account has been cancelled and I have no idea why. The payment for this month was taken from my account and has come out as a direct debit every single month? I'm so confused?? No emails or notifications, just cancelled.
