Hi, just wondering if anyone has experienced similar issues. We tried to upgrade to superfibre, long story short after a few weeks the cap on our line doesn’t seem to be able to be removed. We are having to do a hard reset so cancel our current broadband completely, then set up as a new customer in the hope that it removes the cap. However this means we are potentially without internet and landline for up to 14 days. Has anyone else had this, did it work, and were you without internet for that long?
