Hello,
I have brillant broadband, anytime calls and caller ID, and have had this for the last 10 months. I pay £23 pm whereas new customers would pay £18. Has anyone had any luck in raising this and getting the cheaper price if they sign up for another 12m contract?

The comparison with new customers will not melt their stony hearts, but musing about Cancelling for a better offer certainly will.
And will work best if you have a competitor’s figure for them to beat (not just match). Don’t mention names though; keep the competitor shadowy.
If you can keep stonewalling until you are passed to Retentions, this will be good, as Retentions has all the best deals.
