I paid May's account on time by direct debit but on 31st May I received an email telling me I have 7 days to pay it or I won't have any service. I have proof in my account that it was paid & there's been no returned direct debit. Can someone please
HI, @sally76, as you are a broadband customer, I’d strongly suggest calling the customer service team (the number should be on your paperwork) and talk to them about the issue. Did the message have a link to follow? If so, then the message is probably a phishing attempt to get your bank details. In any case, a call to customer services is your safest option, since only they have access to your account details.
