Problems

Do anyone else have a problem when paying your internet bill and the money has been taken out of your account but your broadband still not on still says make a payment and it hasn't also updated to when I just paid either

There can be issues when your internet has been cut off for whatever reason, and paying the arrears doesn’t always seem to be enough; it looks as if Now Broadband don’t automatically restart your broadband once the payments have been caught up.

So you need to talk to them, and see what they say about resuming the broadband for you.

If the landline works, you can call them on 150, but if that is currently cut off also, try one of these numbers:-

0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2473

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
