Hi. I had an engineer appointment last week and they said that I could not have broadband as my telephone line was broken in the road and they would not fix this. Will I get our money back and will I still be charged. I cannot seem to cancel the card payment. Please help

You need to call the broadband team to see what can be done. That engineer worked for OpenReach, which rely on.

FYI the call centre works 8am-8pm.
