Leaving now TV broadband

Has anyone else been struggling to contact now TV on the phone?

 

My broadband provider is due to change at the end of my contract but Now TV has rejected the take over despite telling me that my contract and service will be cancelled at the end of the week. 

 

I understand higher waiting times however I've been waiting for over an hour and a half with no success. 

I need this sorted ASAP as my partner is currently working from home and we need the connection. 

 

Has anyone else had similar experiences and maybe anyone who can help me resolve it as the other company can only try again or cancel but I'm worried about disruption and delays.
