Hi have signed up already with activation date soon on my broadband, and have a STAC code from Three which I need to pass to you to end my old mobile broadband contract? How do I do this please ?

The STAC code is for switching between mobile networks only, it does not apply when you are moving from mobile broadband to a fixed line service. If you longer want to keep your service with Three then you will need to cancel with them directly.
