Monthly contract not as agreed!

Hi, I managed to upgrade my fast fibre to super fibre with a discount. The man I online chatted with was called Ryan. He said that he could get the monthly price down from £43.99' to £35.00 per month. However, I've just noticed that on my accounts bill & payments section, it's down as £43.99. 

I have a copy of our conversation on chat to prove this, if necessary!

So, can someone pleas give me some advice as to what is happening here?
