General usability

NOW is an awful service and it has been for a few years now, I'm definitely moving to a new service provider when this contract expires. Your online services are terrible; confusing and difficult to use.

And our Community does not explain that it is member to member, with no involvement at all from Now, unless you read the upfront blurb helpfully supplied.

You aren’t talking to who you might think you are talking to, just to a bunch of people who if they found the same as you, would no longer be here to read about it 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

For it to not to be misplaced like @RoyB says, you are best to do that on social media directly with NOW, or over the phone etc. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
