I spoke with the guys on chat. I was told to click on the existing broadband promo on the homepage (https://www.nowtv.com/home/existing), but all it does is authenticate me and go to the TV passes.
I'm not bothered about getting a new router, just want to take advantage of the lower price. I can't seem to get in touch apart from the chat window, is there an email?
