Enabling existing customer offers

Hello 🙂

I spoke with the guys on chat. I was told to click on the existing broadband promo on the homepage (https://www.nowtv.com/home/existing), but all it does is authenticate me and go to the TV passes.

I'm not bothered about getting a new router, just want to take advantage of the lower price. I can't seem to get in touch apart from the chat window, is there an email?

You know, you can get cheaper Now TV passes from retailers like Amazon and Currys, as well as a host of others, you just have to look.
