Changing Address

I want to change my address for the broadband. How can I do this? It seems the livechat feature has been disabled. How are you supposed to get in touch with these people??

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If you are already a NowTV Broadband customer and moving home, then if you go to My Account whilst signed in here and under the Broadband & Calls section you will see a button for "Moving Home" where a telephone number will pop up on screen to call.

 

Should there be a change with your address in terms of a new order placed with NowTV Broadband, then you need to contact live chat.

 

Try this link for live chat, but this time see if a different internet browser with it's add blocking software disabled works when contacting live chat.

 

MS Edge always seems to work for me when using live chat.
