Two weeks ago I contracted a broadband service. Everything went smoothly and I paid £5 pounds as a reservation fee.
Few days ago I have received a sms and an email saying my contract has been cancelled, but I haven't done anything. What happened?

Firstly i am a customer just like you and wouldn't know the actual reason why your provisional NowTV order was cancelled.
Though i would suspect it could be that an Engineer Home visit was needed and BT Openreach who undertake all the Engineering work has suspended any internal work at customers homes due to their coronavirus distancing policy with the public.
When you go to My Account > Orders & Appointments or Message Centre whilst logged in on here is there any further information given about why the Broadband order was cancelled ?
