Now broadband new order problems

tried 2 times to order broad band and it refused dates for bt engineer that it offered. i chose another date then it froze again. attempting to take 2 credit payment for card. please cancel asap.

I'm trying to contact Live Chat in regard to cancelling my account with Now Tv Passes, Broadband and Phone Line. No wonder I want to cancel my account when nothing seems to work with Now Tv! So expensive for something so damn useless.
