Call Service

Wow I am Deaf I used call relay and called them at 19.56 pm knowing they finish at 20.00 but they say we are closed at 20.00 any calls after this please call tomorrow. But I called them 4 mins before they still hung up on me. Been off line on my Broadband now for 10 hours. Not even email from them to let us know what’s the issue? Deaf Customer…Yes we are Disabled. See you at the Complaints Board !!!!!
