Broadband Go live date

Hi

 

Just wondering if any others have had this issue.

 

Placed an order for fibre broadband on 6th November. Didn't have a go live date by 11th November so decided to ring Now TV and I was advised that the order had been rejected but I wasn't given a reason as to why. The gentleman that I spoke to resubmitted the order and advised that it takes up to 48 hours for a go live date. Still didn't have on by yesterday (13th November) so I rang the call centre again. I was then.advised that my.go.live date is 17th November. My account is not showing this and I have not received my broadband router. My account just states "sorry, we don't have your go live date". I'm not expecting anything to happen on the 17th. 

 

Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how was it resolved?
