2 boxes different emails and different addresses

I have two boxes one is mine in Aberdeen and one is my mums in Edinburgh. I managed to cancel my account but cannot get my mums cancelled. I put my second e mail in and do the forget password. I can’t get the forget password to work. It keeps coming up with my original account. I was paying for both.

Can someone at now help me please. No one using box in Edinburgh for a good while as mum been in hospital and now on way to home. Been trying to get this sorted for months!

Anybody else at home in Edinburgh who can access the nowtv box by going into the box nowtv App under My Account to see what email address or username that the box is signed into ?

If you are the account holder of the second account with regards to your Mothers nowtv box in Edinburgh then you might be better off speaking to live chat, where they should be able to track down this missing account that you can't find and assit you with the cancellation process.
