Hi all, trying to sign up, every time i get to the "we will now take 10p from your account etc" it just sits there and does nothing, i have tried using other browsers, just the same.

Please confirm...

  • Are you accessing the NOW TV service from within the UK or Éire?
  • Do you have a UK registered 'credit' or 'debit' card?

Hi again @Anonymous User,

 

Unfortunately, the use of 'pre-payment' cards is not currently supported by NOW TV.
