payment for movie pass

I am tryingto buy the movie pass but the message keeps coming up 'we're experiencing technical difficulties and are unable to process this payment.

I'm trying to cancel my movie pass I have filled the form in 10 times. When I get to the end and I have to click on cancel now I click and I takes me back to the beginning again. Its so frustrating. And no phone number to ring
