maximum number of devices error 6003 - only 2 devices registered

Hi, I have just set up my NOWTV box for the first time and it is saying i have reached the maximum number of devices.  The website and ipad app show only 2 registered devices and it should allow 4?

 

Appreciate some help.

Basically I've only ever had 2 devices added and when it kicked me off my iPhone login, I signed back in and it now doesn't let me watch anything. I've tried removing the device and even using a different phone but nothing 😞 any help??

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  Live Chat will be able to look into your account & hopefully sort this for you.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above and hit the Contact Us box on the left of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat option (8am - Midnight).

Hi,

 

Trying to watch a movie on my Now TV (White) box but it says device limited reached even though in my account it only has 1 device listed and 3 empty slots.

 

Haven't used my account in nearly a year & remember removing all devices, why amI getting this message.

and click the green Contact Us button near the bottom left of it (not the How to Contact Us link right at the bottom as that takes you somewhere else) then choose the Live Chat option on the following page.

Any chance someone at NowTV can reset my monthly allownace, app wouldn't work so reinstalled a couple of times and now I'm out for a month, tempted to cancel if I can't use the service.

@Anonymous User the quickest method is to jump on to Live Chat and explain your situation, they might be able to sort something out for you this month.

and at the bottom will be a Contact Us button, from here Live Chat should be available (hours are 8am-midnight).

Hi, I'm trying to connect to now tv using a chrome cast and it's telling me that I have reached my limit of devices.

However I have only assigned 3 devices to my account so I should still have one free.
I have connected now tv to;
My IPhone
My IPad
Apple TV

For some reason my account is showing that I've connected to my iPad twice. I would like to fix this so I can connect on the chrome cast but I'm not happy with having to wait until Jan to do this when I should have one devise space still available.

Welcome to the forum.

 

There's been a few reports of the iPad being seen as a ne device after the latest update.

 

You can either wait for a member of the NOW TV Team to pick up your post and they will look into this for you (might take a day or two if they are particularly busy). Or if your need is urgent you could have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can reset your devices for you. To get there go to the following help page
