hi
how to i speak to someone as eveytime i cancel the pass it give me a date and when that date comes it keep taking money out ?

PS when you do cancel your pass make sure you always follow all the steps right to the very end when your cancellation will be confirmed, there's quite a few steps to go through. You should receive an email confirmation when you've cancelled.
