closing account FULLY

I have no passes, just the basic account which I DO NOT WANT. I cannot seem to find any way of closing it. Money has been taken from my account despite the subscription being set up on an OLD debit card. I cannot find any contact details for cancellation and cannot do it via the desktop site My account>My package. I only have ONE account. Can someone from NOWTV please advise.

@Anonymous User click the link in red at bottom of my post. Chat open at 8. If you cancelled the passes you will have got an email. You should be eligible for a refund. The reason your bank allows payments is they presume that you want a CPA to continue until you cancel.
