I have no passes, just the basic account which I DO NOT WANT. I cannot seem to find any way of closing it. Money has been taken from my account despite the subscription being set up on an OLD debit card. I cannot find any contact details for cancellation and cannot do it via the desktop site My account>My package. I only have ONE account. Can someone from NOWTV please advise.
