When you go to My Account > My Passes and sign in with the two different usernames on your account, are all your active passes under one username, spread between the two different usernames or are the passes duplicated the same on both usernames accounts ?
Ideally you want to keep the username that you frequently tend to use (ie the one with the most passes that you use on your playback devices).
Even if you cancel the passes you can still watch nowtv up until the next due payment date.
