Trying to sort out fault with Now TV box

I've been trying to sort out a fault with my Now TV  (black) box via live chat. I have done everything that's been asked of me to try to sort the fault, but nothing works. It was passed to the Tech team who've contacted me with the same stuff, but I've heard nothing from them for 3 days. The box was sent to my by Sky as a trial box. PLEASE HELP!!!

When I go to the home screen and scroll down to 'TV Guide' the box freezes. I've tried all suggestions, but nothing has worked.

Thanks for your reply, this is a known issue and due to a software update.  For the time being the only solution is to scroll past that option and not use itSmiley Surprised
