Too many payments taken

I am being charged 6.99 a month and 3.49
For the past 3 months I have over paid
This has caused me charges with the bank
Not showing on online account just my bank statements
Feel like now tv are unlawfully taking money from my account
This is not acceptable

Won't allow me to the live chat
Now tv offered me the entertainment at 3.49 a month and was still charging me 6.99 as well

This has caused me to cancel but I still want the over payments refunded before I take it further

The most probable reason why this is happening is because you've somehow created more than one NOW TV account registered to the same debit/credit card!

 

For security reasons, all issues related to your NOW TV 'account' are subject to the Data Protection Act and can't be discussed on the open forum, which means you'll need to contact a NOW TV representative to resolve your issue.

 

You can contact a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility or 'Send us a message' facility by using a Windows or Mac computer, not a mobile device, as their web browsers might not sophisticated enough to display 'pop-up' windows (ie: windows within windows). Also, Mac or IOS device users might require JavaScript support enabled in their Safari internet browsers. Here's what you need to do: -

 

  • Click on the following: How To Contact NOW TV link.
  • To 'Send us a message', click on the light blue 'Send Message' button.
  • To start a 'Live Chat', click on the dark blue 'Chat online' button.
  • A new 'What can we help you with today?' pop-up window should open up.
  • Click on the 'Request Chat' button.
