After entering my payment details I attempted to purchase the 6 month Entertainment & 6 month Cinema combi pass, which is only available to new customers. Something went wrong with that transaction. I have an account, my payment details are stored but I no longer have access to the discounted passes offers, I presume because it thinks I did not take up the offer on first sign-in. Now I can only take up the 14 day trials, or I suppose buy vouchers from elsewhere.
Just a bit miffed to have had such a disappointing first experience. Any thoughts.

Welcome to the forum. You've not used your payment card to sign up to NOW TV before have you, as that might stop the offer going through. If not, have a word with live chat, explain what's happened and see if they can offer you something similar.
