Taking payments without consent !

Hi,

Has anyone else just found they can’t access content even with a valid subscription?

Just logged onto live chat to sort it and I’ve now had two payments taken from my account !

I can’t get through to anyone to discuss and resolve !

Not happy at all, IF customer service is reading these then please contact me ASAP
