So ive got the entertainment pass for three months.  However, it says i am enititled to a 14 day free trial of movies.

 

Every time i try to start the trial i get the message saying 'sorry we couldnt process your payment'.

 

ive checked my details several times,  and i have money in the account for the check which is carried out.  Why does this keep happening?  Starting to get really frustrating now, im getting close to just giving up.

 

Any help please before i chuck my laptop out the window!

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

Apologies for the late reply and for the frustrating experience.

 

If this is still happening, please let us know what device you're using when try to start the free trial and also whether you've previously had a free trial of Sky Cinema (or the previous Sky Movies) as this would mean your eligible for the offer.
