Refund

Hello, I thought I cancelled my subscription 5 months ago. However, I have just looked at my bank statement and I have been charged for 5 months worth of subscription. I haven't watched anything on it and I didn't realise I had it. Would it be possible to obtain a refund?

The same has happened to me I woke up to being charged for something I haven't used in months and I emailed a few months back to cancel!!!! Help please!!!
