Refund

Hi, I not the 14 day trial pass, I clicked cancel pass before it expired and for some reason it did not cancel and I was charged! And straight after I was charged I went back on there and it said I still had it! So I cancelled it again and I've been charged again!???
Please could you help

HEY same with me i canceled my bill is tomorrow an they are trying to take money from me i allowed the first charge because i like now tv just iv been trying to cancel instead in it refuses an it says its trying to take money from me ??? Furious i am. Now tv!

Welcome to the forum. Firstly make sure you cancel your pass so it doesn't keep renewing by going to your My Account > My Passes page http://account.nowtv.com/passes

You should see a list of any active passes you have on your account, with a cancel button next to them. Just click cancel and follow the steps all the way to the end. You should receive an email confirmation but you might want to take a screenshot of the cancelled pass as well.

 

(Josephhope in your case you might find the cancel button is greyed out because it's already time to take payment, in which case ask live chat to try and stop this going out)

As for a refund, you can try talking to live chat, explaining the situation and seeing if they can do anything for you. To get there go to the following help page
