@Anonymous User free trials are 14 days you appear to have signed up on the 26 December. Payment automatically is taken after that unless you cancel. If you bought a box with a pass, you need to have applied the code. Either way pop on to chat link below they can look at a refund if you wish to cancel or make sure any voucher was correctly applied.
