My free trial is due to end tomorrow. I want to cancel the pass. When I go into passes it says that they have attempted to take payment (and failed) and the option to cancel is not clickable. It says they will continue to take payment.
Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum.
Normally this is because there is something wrong with the payment card (expired, insufficient funds, wrong details etc) and the reason the cancel option is greyed out is because the pass will be cancelled automatically due to not being able to take payment.
However to make sure the pass will be cancelled and why payment isn't working, I'd recommend popping onto live chat.
To get there go to the following help page
