Customer services lady sophie and her supervisor cannot help when I was over charged. I have 4 entries of £9.99 on joining online and a further £4.99 plus £50. I have two accounts with NOw Broadband ONLY and they are one for each flat.
Customer services gives NIL services.
Nobody to talk to? Does anybody know is not wasting time when a customer has a problem.
