My 3 month entertainment pass is only showing as 1 month???

I finally bought a box which had a 3 month entertainment voucher. After registering and checking my account, I see that only one month trial is showing and i will be billed 6.99 in about 14 days time. When i tried entering the 3 month voucher code again it was not recognised.

Is this normal? Do I need to do anything else as there was no further prompt?

@Anonymous User the codes can be tricky to read. Enter them all in uppercase and take care with "I" as it could be an uppercase i or the number 1. Also 5 and S and 0 and O.
