Money still been taken out, even after cancelling subscription.

I cancelled my subscription with plenty of time- about 2 weeks ago. I also checked a few days ago and no money had come out as it was originally due to renew on the 1st august. As soon as I got payed from work yesterday, the money went out for cinema and entertainment passes, after having cancelled them. That's £18 that I cannot afford to have lost. Can I please have contact from a team member re A refund. I have no problems with the pass being cancelled I just want my money back.

The best thing to do is to go on to live chat. Providing no content has been viewed, they should give you a refund.
