Live Chat Person Closed My Chat Immediately

Hi,

 

Just opened the live chat to ask a question about the black friday deal, and the chat person closed the chat before I could finish typing my question, within about 30 seconds. This feels entirely unprofessional, clearly they had no interest in answering my question and just wanted another chat closed.

Here is the transcript - it has timestamps:

Hopefully this was just a one-off and you'd have a better experience trying again. Start off just by saying hello so the operator knows you are responding, and/or copy your issue beforehand (eg copy the text from your other post) and paste it straight in to start with.

 

Alternately if you'd rather you can use the send a message option rather than using live chat again, make sure you're logged into the website first.
