can someone help me contact customer services? the live chat does not work and when i click on "send us a message" it just takes me back to the "help" pages in a never-ending circle
i recieved an email telling me i have ordered something and i will be charged after 2 months
i haven't ordered anything!
can anyone help?

i have tried the online chat and they were useless. they just kept asking for screenshots, and then they told me to click on "send a message", which i have done about 400 times!

after i click on that link the browser address very very briefly flashes up an address starting:
watch.nowtv.com/landing?securetoken....loads of numbers
then it immediately goes to the help page - AGAIN!

i guess nobody at 'now tv' cares about this issue then???
i would delete my account, but i cant even get through to them to do that. i did ask live chat to do this, they promised it would be done "within one hour", that was over 36 hours ago
this is the WORST customer service i have ever received in the uk

Online chat is not working and whenever I send an email it says "there has been an error" --> this is TERRIBLE. I need to get through to customer service as I cancelled NOW TV Ages ago and keep being charged. I have not authorised these payments. terrible

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. Usually trying a different device and/or browser gets live chat to work, but if you're still having trouble getting there pop onto your My Account > My Passes page

and in the FAQ section look for 'I think I've been incorrectly charged', you'll find a request form in there you can fill in instead.
