I want a refund

I was a new customer. You have taken the mobey but as of yet I still have no internet connection and the tv hub does not work. I have waited overnight and followed all of the steps adviced. I changed over from virgin in the hope of a stress free internet provider. I want a refund and wish to return the product. I rely heavily on the internet for my mental health. Simply astonished that there is no number to call. I know this is a massive problem for other customers. Wishing I had checked first.

Welcome to the forum. There is a telephone number for broadband customers, if you give them a call they can advise you what the issue is and you can decide whether to stay or cancel then. If you go your My Account > My Package page you should find the number there.
