Conflicting billing dates

Back in June I applied a 6 month Entertainment Pass to my account, I've just checked (via my laptop) and under Passes & Vouchers it says "Offer ends 27 December", as expected. However, under Bills & Payments it says next payment "To be paid on 27 NOVEMBER"! Is there anything I can do to ensure that payment isn't taken a month early?

@Anonymous User It might say the next payment date is 27 November, but does the amount say £7.99 or £0.0? The latter would be correct if your pass doesn’t expire until 27 December.

Ah ha, yes, you're quite right, it is showing £0.00, thank you! (it's confusing, as I also have an active Movie pass, due to expire at the end of November, and that's showing a next payment due of £9.99 on 1 December!) Thanks again.
