Now TV have twice taken £6.99 from my account without my consent. Until recently I had a Now TV pass which I paid monthly for. On one occaision before I signed up, I was charged, and in September I was randomly charged twice.
Both times I've tried to get in touch with Now TV but they clearly don't care about their customers. I've now cancelled my pass by going on previous experience I'll probably be charged again anyway.
This is really annoying. Incompetence is one thing. Incompetence that involves them taking money from my account is another...
What can I do about this?!
