Cancellation of Sky Sports pass

I purchased a sky sports pass for Nov,  that pass was supposed to have ended two days ago, but now tv has not ended the pass and is now looking to bill me for the month of December which I don't want.

Who do i contact to have the pass cancelled?

And why isn't there a phone number to call so we can speak to someone?????
