Cancelation issues

Hi Team,

I would like to cancel my free trial but I'm havng issues doing this.  I am logged into the correct account and have followed the correct instructions on how to do this.  I have been reading that a number of other users are having the same issue, the resolution is that they need to ensure that they are logged in properly.  I have checked this a number of times and I am certainly logged into the account that we would like to cancel.    

The steps that I follow to cancel are the ones that you instruct users to do on your website so should be quite simple:

Step 1 - Select My Account and my passes

Step 2 - Should give you the option of cancelling but there is nothing here that confirms that

Please give me some information on what is causing this issue.

Welcome to the forum.

 

What do you see when you go to your My Account> My Passes page - is there any mention of your free trial being currently active? Do you see an active trial but the cancel button is greyed out?

If there is no option to cancel your trial it does sound like you may be logged into the wrong account.

 

What I will do is to send you an email soon regarding this.
